I give theses guys another 10-15 years of business longevity before they end up going out of business due to their out dated methods of handling refunds. So long story short never buy a product from these guys unless you are either 100% sure it is what you want.
I had been messing around with it for about 4 hours previously. The rep even typed in chat there is no refund link site and I had asked for the link twice before i was told that information. the guy just repeated the same information that is listed on the site, I explained my issue and the entire process is so time consuming, just to get a refund!! like they wanted screenshots, log files, a piece of my soul when all i wanted was to get my money back and get this over with. At the start of the conversation it was just like i was talking to a living website company forum. So i then googled refund on wondershare, the site directed me to wondershare help center and sent me on a while goose chase for the returns/exchange link.Hint.(it does not exist) so i gave up and contacted customer service. Yes they have a trail version before purchases but come on who can really delve into a product with limited time on using features. Their customer service sucks, now dont get me wrong the person on the other end was polite but the policy of refunds is absurd. Getting a refund from them is like pulling teeth
